Have you ever taken a day to go someplace you have never been, just to explore and see what you can see? To have your eyes opened up to ‘new’ things that you didn’t know existed? And then, because of that experience, start to see and think about things differently?
Having been a Time & Financial Freedom Coach in building Great Self-Managed Businesses for over 30 years, I was moved by a new purpose, a purpose to help more people than I was helping before. Something to the order of 100,000X, and so I created TeamBuild University.
Using my experience in starting 20+ companies with 3,500 associates, I organized it to Encourage, Inspire, and Teach Business Leaders how to Build ‘Exceptional’ Organizations, that Build ‘Exceptional’ Businesses, with team members who’ll say, “there’s no other place they’d rather work.”
After having previously contributed to creating & writing four international training courses that I taught for 11 years, and through my experience as a founding member of the “John Maxwell Team,” I could see that there was still something missing in the application of a lot of the world’s great wisdom material.
For me, there needed to be a better process to link all of that, so that it was much easier to see and understand how it all fit together. Imagine if you would, something like a new connective living tissue which surrounds and links the great wisdoms of the world together for you, such that those wisdoms are now residing more inside of you than in a book on a shelf. Something where the sum of the whole is far more valuable than the individual pieces added together.
With these thoughts, Team Conversation Mastery was created, a program more like an ongoing life growth experience: a purposeful environment where we create the connections to the greatest wisdoms of leadership, through Awareness, Exploring New Concepts, & Creating success habits in a gym of leadership, the results of which then create Time & Financial Freedom in the lives of our participants and their team members, through the Mastery of Team Conversations. The results of which mean you are able to double your income by working half as much.
Perhaps, the most satisfying part of this journey for me has been seeing the light slowly come on in our students, and to hear from their team members, in unsolicited conversations, how much their leaders have improved, and to not allow them to quit!
