Archaeological records show that businesses have been around for over 7,000 years. During this time there has always been a small minority who were able to create fantastic lives for themselves. People who had built real businesses. Businesses that rewarded the owners and managers with exceptional financial and time freedom to do whatever they wanted, whenever they wanted. To be able to take on other opportunities.
“What did they know that the majority of business people didn’t?”
“Why is it that most businesses are totally dependent on their owners? Where the owners and managers are trapped inside their businesses and can’t leave for any extended period of time.”
If you are reading this … you most certainly have already achieved a modicum of success. I help business people learn and master how to “Make Better Decisions.” Each of us makes a lot of decisions every day, and your current level of success is the sum total of all of your previous decisions.
Most of the time we make the right decisions. Many times though, they are not “right” for the reasons we think. To improve our decision processes we must be open to continuing our journey of personal growth. To learn what we need to learn, to become the person we need to become, to have what we want to have.
We are growth beings. When we begin all we do is eat, sleep, poop, smile, and cry. Eventually we learn to flip over, push ourselves up, crawl, walk, run, and then we quit growing. Maybe because that is the extent of the level of success of those around us?
If you are like me, you probably have a twinge of resentment to learning that came from always being told what and how to do things during your childhood years. I carried that resentment with me into adulthood. This limited me. It served to turn off my desire to develop any further.
I used to tell myself that by not learning any more, I was just exercising my new found free will. Something I couldn’t do in childhood.
Of course I used to fool myself by saying, “I can always go back to learning again. Any time I wanted.” Right.
The only problem was “not learning anymore” turned into a very strong jabit. And that habit turned into a very strong self-imposed disability.
Many of us have soured on the idea of continuing our learning, having suffered through formal education. A process that was more geared towards the average person. The problem with that is none of us are average. We are all a little different.
Over time we grow tired and become distracted with the whirlwind of our daily lives. More often we choose not to grow anymore because growing is hard. It’s painful. As human beings we are built to avoid pain. So, we stop.
Maybe you are like I used to be? One of those hard-heads who had to master failure before mastering success. I ended up severely restricting my future prospects. It took me a while but finally I learned that when we turn our backs on time-tested, time-proven wisdoms, we miss a lot of opportunities. And life doesn’t have to be as hard as we try to make it.
At some point, usually after we have had the cold water of reality hit us in the face, we realize we really should return to learning. That is if we want to be more successful.
To change our ways we have to recommit to being willing to make another push into personal growth. This realization usually comes after we figure out that what got us to our current level of success won’t be enough to get us to where we really want to go.
In a way we are like a ship blasting off into space. The rocket has to jettison some of its stages so it can escape the atmosphere and reach its destination. So too in personal development: we have to be willing to shed some of our old behaviors. The ones that we’ve become very comfortable with. The ones that got us to here. That won’t get us to there.
During my period of awakening I had to learn to get over myself. I had to be willing to ask for help. In doing so I was able to see more of what I couldn’t see before. My eyes were now more open to how much easier things would be if I’d listen more to the people who came before me. The old folks. People who could help me leverage into great results a lot sooner.
Now it’s my turn. It is my deepest desire to help you create financial and time freedom in your life. To pass on what I learned. You can build a great business easier and quicker than you might imagine.
This all begins when you decide to give up. To give up on yourself. To ask for help. And to embrace these tools. Tools that have already been discovered by other people years ago. Tools that others paid a steep price to discover. When we learn how to make better decisions, we start to outpace our contemporaries. We more quickly climb the ladder of success and start getting more of what we want. We do this by learning and then mastering the Time-Tested, Time-Proven Wisdoms used by the most successful who came before us.

Wisdoms known only to and practiced by a minority of business owners over thousands of years. Wisdoms that can lead you to a phenomenal life. Wisdoms that provide the quickest way to have the better business life you want. Wisdoms that will compound over time and build on one other to make the whole process easier and faster.
It’s your decisions, not your conditions that determine your destiny. In the final analysis everything you’ve read is worthless… every tape you’ve heard or seminar you’ve attended is worthless… unless you decide to use it. Information is power when acted upon. Come and learn the best of what other people have already figured out. Come and live a better life.
I can help you reach a level of success beyond what you used to dream about. “Your true potential.” To open your awareness, explore new concepts, and create the habits that will support you in building a “self-managed business team who gets great results.” A team with members who say, “There’s no other place they’d rather work!”
My experience in building 20-plus companies—the largest with over 3,500 team members—has validated the specific and measurable steps you can take to increase your odds of being much more successful. The Essence of TeamBuild University’s Coaching Program is to help you break-out of this trap. To teach you how to create the freedom and resources to be able to do what you want when you want.

Enjoy!
