No Sensible Distinction

There is no sensible distinction to be made in a restaurant between the value created by the man who cooks gourmet food and the one who cleans the toilets at a 5 Star restaurant. If either one doesn’t do their absolute best job, everyone else’s’ jobs are at risk.
