I now work less than 50% of what I did when I was a Real Estate agent, make more money, have a 60-person ISA company that is doing just shy of $1MM in Revenue this year (numbers are skewed since we pay Mexico wages for most). Your coaching helped a lot, I basically learned how to hire, train and fire people and do it in a healthy way (de-selection). My ISA teams have a standard, if they can’t meet it they know they’re out. 90% of the folks we lose resign without issue, they understand they don’t meet the bar. It’s a much healthier environment than I had before and has allowed me to scale.
