Thinking in the right direction

I’m tasking all team members today to come up with 5 essential functions that they think got dropped when I went down for the count. I’m going to ask them who they recommend covers them OR if they don’t believe we have someone with ability to cover those tasks at this time to highlight that so I can work with the team to build that backup function long before it’s needed for another surgery……. or a vacation I might want to take for goodness sake.????

I wonder who I should credit for getting my thinking heading in that kind of direction?  ????
